These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and (operating as "WalletConvert", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in South Africa, concerning your use of our cryptocurrency conversion services.

2. Service Description

WalletConvert provides cryptocurrency-to-fiat currency conversion services across Africa. Our services include:

• Converting various cryptocurrencies to local fiat currencies
• Processing payments to bank accounts and mobile money wallets
• Providing real-time exchange rates
• Facilitating secure transactions through our partner infrastructure

We partner with Yellowcard Financial Inc. to provide licensed financial infrastructure for processing transactions.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Reside in a country where our services are available
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Complete our identity verification (KYC) process

4. Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Identity Verification

You agree to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes:

• Providing valid government-issued identification
• Verifying your identity through our automated systems
• Providing additional documentation if requested

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Transaction Terms

5.1 Transaction Processing

By initiating a transaction, you agree that:

• All transaction details provided are accurate
• You have legal ownership of the cryptocurrency being converted
• Transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed
• Exchange rates may fluctuate and are locked only upon transaction confirmation

5.2 Transaction Limits

We impose minimum and maximum transaction limits which vary by country and verification level. Current limits are displayed during the transaction process.

5.3 Processing Times

While we strive for instant processing, actual settlement times depend on:

• Blockchain network confirmation times
• Banking system processing times
• Payment method selected
• Additional verification requirements

6. Fees and Pricing

Our fee structure includes:

• Service fee: 0.8% of transaction amount
• Network fees: Variable based on receiving currency and method
• Exchange rate spread: Included in displayed rates

All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or any deceptive practices
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumventing our security measures
• Creating multiple accounts to exceed limits
• Market manipulation or wash trading

8. Risk Disclosure

We are not responsible for:

• Cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses
• Network congestion or technical failures
• Changes in regulatory environment

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Plantomic (Pty) Ltd or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLANTOMIC (PTY) LTD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plantomic (Pty) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.
